Waited years for fiber to be available in my area, finally Cloud 9 Fiber answered the call. My speeds are much more consistent and latency (ping) is much lower than the cable broadband I had before. The install technician was courteous, professional, and timely. Would certainly recommend to anyone it's available for.
I have only had Cloud 9 Fiber for about a week now, but I can tell you; it is absolutely amazing! I have already recommended it to at least 300 people (every customer at work that even mentions gaming, streaming, or internetin general).Coming from Spectrum internet, 200mb speeds, I have only ever reached about 91mb download at best; even after multiple service calls and modem replacements.Cloud 9 Fiber, from day one, I have been getting about 491mb download and 483mb upload consistently.Stable, fast, and just incredible; you have my utmost recommendations. I have canceled my Spectrum service after 6+ years.
